At Born Social, I create engaging and high-quality motion design that brings brands to life on social media. I work closely with teams and clients to deliver standout visuals that push creative boundaries, strengthen relationships, and contribute to client retention and growth. From going beyond briefs, like the Ford Colour Select project, to collaborating on projects that shape our creative reputation, my role focuses on making an impact through thoughtful design and open communication.
Yanki culture in Japan emerged in the 1980s and 1990s. Yankis are rebellious teenagers known for their distinctive fashion, including oversized clothing and dyed hair. They ride customized motorcycles called "yankee bikes" and often form close-knit groups or gangs. Yankis display a non-conformist attitude and engage in minor delinquency. While the subculture has evolved, it still exists in pockets of Japanese society today.
This project was an ode to the culture, which fought against the norms of Japanese society at the time despite the harsh shunning received from conventional Japanese culture. Keychains were a prominent product during the time, often purchased to be adorned on jeans or mobile flip phones in which teenagers would compete or compare to have the best and or most unique keychains.

I worked at Heard, a startup design agency specializing in high-profile business strategies for social media and other platforms. During my time there, we achieved notable successes such as growing SONOS Radio's Instagram following to 33k and generating 137k in donations for WarChild's The Right To Dance charity. I played a key role in creating graphics, introducing 3D visuals and After Effects motion design skills to enhance the company's content creation capabilities. Additionally, I provided design solutions, led the design team, and trained a new employee.
